Lava e-remit (FRN 932703) is registered with the Financial Conduct
Authority (FCA) as a Small Payment Institution.
On 28 October 2026, the FCA imposed certain requirements on Lava
e-remit relating to its payment services activities.
As a result, Lava e-remit is temporarily unable to provide payment
services, accept new customer funds or onboard new payment services
customers without the FCA’s prior written consent.
Existing customers who have funds associated with Lava e-remit may
contact our customer support team for information regarding their
account and the process for returning any funds to which they are
entitled.
The company is cooperating with the FCA and taking steps to address
the matters identified.
